Kristie Kubik, ESQ.
Kristie Kubik is a very compassionate individual who takes great pride and satisfaction in her work. She also enjoys getting to know her clients, many of whom stay in contact with her after their case has closed. She is an advocate of client education, and believes in spending the extra time at the start of the case to be sure the new client knows fully what to expect.
Becoming an attorney was something Kristie has wanted to do since high school. She grew up in Coram, Long Island, where most of her family still lives. Kristie now resides in Hanover County with her husband, daughter, and granddaughter. She is an active member of her church, and takes great joy in teaching Sunday school.
Kristie completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1988. She went on to attend Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center of Touro College located in Long Island, New York, was a visiting student at T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, and received her Juris Doctor in 1991. Hard work and dedication earned her a place on the Dean’s List in both college and law school.
Kristie joined Cannella & O’Neal as an associate attorney in the spring of 2007. She works hard to get the best results for her clients. Since joining the firm, she has attended the 28th National Trial Advocacy College in 2009 at the University of Virginia School of Law. She is a member of Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Metro Richmond Women’s Bar Association. She strives for excellence in everything that she does, and is a treasured addition to the law firm.
Kristie specializes in handling neck and back injury cases and has developed her skills in negotiations many years ago when she was negotiating contracts in Europe and the United States. Now she uses those same skills in negotiating hard in behalf of her personal injury clients.
Kristie knows how to fight hard for her clients and she goes the extra mile to get the job done either in or out of the courtroom.
