Description of Case: The decedent, age 36, was married and the father of three young children. The decedent was a hard-working, blue-collar employee, a wonderful husband and father and someone widely admired by those who knew him.
Significant investigation was performed by plaintiff’s counsel pre-filing. Prior to mediating the case, plaintiff’s counsel had a professionally prepared video of the decedent’s family, lay witnesses and a grief counselor to convey the magnitude of the loss and damages suffered by this incredible family.
